The squeegee method
We wash the glass with a strip-washer and soapy water, then pull a squeegee in overlapping passes for a streak-free finish. It is the method professional window cleaners use because it is the only one that does not leave lint and streaks.
Screens, tracks & sills
A clean window behind a dirty screen still looks dirty. We remove and wash the screens, vacuum and wipe the tracks, and detail the sills — so the whole window reads clean, not just the glass.
Hard-water & rust spots
Sprinkler spray and runoff leave mineral deposits that etch into glass over time. We use a specific hard-water remover on the spotted panes, then squeegee — if the etching is too deep we will tell you honestly.
Water-fed pole for high windows
Second-story and hard-to-reach windows get a water-fed pole with deionized water — the pure water dries spot-free, so we can clean high windows from the ground safely without a ladder on every pane.
When to clean windows
Twice a year for most homes — once after pollen season, once in fall. Homes with hard-water sprinkler spray may need the spotted panes done more often.
