Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Ridgeline Pressure Washing ("Ridgeline," "we," "us," or "our") and the clients ("you") who engage our pressure washing, soft washing, roof washing, driveway washing, concrete sealing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning services. By requesting an estimate or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Estimates & Quotes
Ridgeline provides free, no-obligation estimates for projects within our 50-mile service radius of Lawrenceburg, Indiana (47025). All estimates are based on conditions observable at the time of inspection. Final pricing may adjust if hidden damage, access issues, or scope changes are discovered after work begins. Written estimates are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued.
2. Scope of Work
The specific scope of work, methods (pressure wash vs. soft wash), and deliverables for your project will be detailed in a written contract or work order agreed upon before work begins. Any changes to that scope must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in your project contract. A deposit may be required to secure materials and schedule labor. Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the agreed scope of work. Finance options may be available for qualified projects; ask your estimator for details.
4. Licensing & Insurance
Ridgeline Pressure Washing is a licensed and insured contractor. Proof of insurance and applicable licensure is available upon request prior to signing a contract.
5. Warranties
Workmanship is warranted as specified in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties apply to any applied materials (such as concrete sealers) per the manufacturer's terms. Warranties do not cover damage from acts of nature, improper maintenance, or modifications made by third parties after completion.
6. Site Conditions & Access
The client agrees to provide safe, reasonable site access, water access for the cleaning equipment, and to disclose known hazards. Client is responsible for relocating personal property, vehicles, and fragile items from the immediate work area, and for keeping pets and people clear during the clean.
7. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a scheduled estimate appointment with reasonable notice. Cancellation of a signed contract is subject to the terms outlined in that contract, including reimbursement for materials already ordered or work already performed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridgeline's liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the contract value of the work performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
