House & siding pressure wash
We pressure wash vinyl, aluminum, and brick siding to strip surface grime, pollen, and mildew. For painted or delicate surfaces we drop to soft washing — see our Soft Washing page. The goal is always the same: a clean that lasts and a surface that is not damaged.
Driveways, sidewalks & patios
Concrete and pavers hold oil, tire marks, and organic stains that a garden hose cannot touch. We use a surface cleaner (the spinning flat nozzle) for an even clean with no zebra-stripes, then edge and rinse.
Deck & fence washing
Wood decks and fences gray out and grow algae fast in this climate. We wash at the right pressure to lift the gray and the growth without gouging the wood — and the clean surface is ready to stain or seal.
Surface cleaner for even results
A pressure wand leaves stripes; a surface cleaner leaves a uniform clean. We use surface cleaners on every flat surface so your driveway and patio look like one even wash, not a spray pattern.
When to pressure wash
Every 1–2 years for driveways and siding, or before staining a deck or sealing concrete. If siding is growing green or a driveway has gone dark, it is time.
