What clogged gutters actually do
Overflowing gutters dump water at the foundation (wet basement), rot the fascia behind the gutter (a repair, not a clean), and freeze into ice dams that back meltwater under the shingles. A seasonal clean is the cheapest way to prevent all three.
Hand-clean, not blow-and-pray
We hand-scoop the debris into buckets, not blow it across the yard. Bagging the mess keeps your landscaping clean, and hand-cleaning lets us see the condition of every section as we go.
Downspout flush
A clean gutter with a clogged downspout still overflows. We flush every downspout with a hose from the top to confirm water runs free to the ground — and we tell you if a downspout is underground and needs separate attention.
Gutter brightening
The front face of a gutter stains with runoff algae and oxidation. After the clean we brighten the face so the whole eave looks new, not just the inside.
Condition report
We flag loose gutters, pulled fasteners, sagging sections, and any rot we can see in the fascia — so you know about a repair before it becomes a leak. You get a short written report with the clean.
